Include folded stars with messages on it inside your wrapped giveaways or you could present them as it is like fortune cookies. The stars that I can imagine in this idea is a little bigger so that you can print a note on the front and back of the star which says "Open Me."

I saw this in creativekismet and the idea came to mind or actually, I just improvised her idea.
